List
Photo Shows the Demonstration Used at the University
of Texas at Austin.
Concepts Conveyed:
- Includes a cross-section of the eye and removable cornea and lens to see the inner anatomy.
- Interchangeable corneas that show various cornea conditions compared to a healthy cornea.
- Demo comes with a chart with the names of the conditions and how they affect the cornea shape
and texture, as well as a diagram of the eye anatomy (backside).
- The curvature of the cornea allows it to refract light that enters the eye. Alternations to this
curvature (thinning, shape change, etc.) can lead to distorted vision, like blurriness.
