Hotel Information
For out-of-town attendees, we have arranged for reservations at the DoubleTree Hotel. Please visit the hotel reservation page to reserve your room and to obtain additional information.

You must use our special link in order to get the group rate, and to ensure that your reservation is allocated under our reserved block.

You can also call the Doubletree Austin reservation line directly at 1-800-347-0330; use reservation code UPT to get the correct rate with our reserved block of rooms.

Getting Around Town
A shuttle pass for transportation between the hotel and UT, and to the dinner and social events, will be available for $5. (You can select this option when you register.)

For other travel, the Capital Metro bus system provides service to many areas around town; please visit their site for schedules, maps, and pricing information. Taxis are also a good way to get around town if you choose to go places during your stay; in Austin, call 452-9999 to arrange a ride.

From the Airport
For visitors arriving by air at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, taxis are available at all hours outside the luggage claim area. The hotel addresses are:
