On June 21st, the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei awarded the Cataldo Agostinelli e Angiola Gili Agostinelli International Prize to UT’s Professor Philip Morrisonfor his work. This prestigious award is bestowed each year by the Academy to honor an eminent scholar, Italian or foreign, in the fields of Pure and Applied Mechanics or Mathematical Physics.
