Special Honors in Physics

Qualifying Students may seek Special Honors in Physics. They must have UPPER-DIVISION STANDING.

Prerequisites include: A UT GPA of at least 3.0, a GPA in Physics of at least 3.5, 12 semester hours of Upper-Division Coursework in Physics, and consent of the student's Research Supervisor and Departmental Honors Advisor.

They also must complete a thesis and Physics 379H (Honors Tutorial Course).
