Texas State History Museum

conveniently located just south of the UT campus.
Texas Memorial Museum

This natural history museum, located on campus, is the exhibit hall
of the Texas Natural Science Center, and features a variety of Texas
fossils, gems, and ancient and modern wildlife.
Blanton Museum of Art

This art museum, also located on campus, exhibits a vast range of
works from all eras of history. It features both a large permanent
collection and various temporary exhibits.
Harry Ransom Humanities
Research Center

The Ransom Center houses a wide range of cultural artifacts, including
a Gutenberg Bible (one of only five complete copies in the world),
the first photograph ever taken, and major manuscript collections
of prominent individuals.
