Newton's First Law
A paintball shot through a razor blade will continue to move with constant velocity until acted upon by a sufficient external force to bring it to rest.

Inelastic Collision
A paintball shatters against an egg. The two intial objects (or what is left of them) lose energy in the form of ejected sticky bits of yolk and paint.
