Re: Deadline for
complaints on cps-records, reminders on survey and sign up.
Dear Colleague,
I noticed that the
some of the cps-records posted are up to the current date, while others are not
(some stopped at around the end of March.) A few days ago, I mentioned this to
Vicki. Apparently she was working on
the problem. She indicated that she would try to resolve the difficulty as soon
as she could.
In the meantime
could you announce to your class asking students to check the posted
record, in Sec II.1 of our
ctalk-homepage: http://www.ph.utexas.edu/~ctalk/ , see whether there is any
question concerning what has been posted.
If there is any
question on the cps-record posted, the student should email Vicki (see the email
address at the cc-line above) directly as soon as possible. If Vicki can have
the cps-record updated soon, we would like to impose a deadline for students to
submit complaints, which will be on the last day of class, i.e. Friday, May 7.
I hope that Vicki will be able to work on them and resolve these complaints
submitted by the last dead-day, which Tuesday, May 11.
If you have not yet
done the cps-survey, please plan do the survey between now and the end of the
semester. Probably you should allocate about take about 10 minutes of your
lecture time for the survey, see Bulletin #39
If you plan to use
the cps-system in Summer04 and/or Fall04, please sign up at Sec. I.2 of our
homepage, asap. We appreciate your early signup. This will help us in doing the
planning for the future. See Bulletin #40 for more details.
Thank you.
