Support at the first use of cps in your classroom (Bulletin # 9 )

Dear cpsuser,

Just as a reminder, you need to announce to your class, that you will be using cps in the current semester, distribute student's instruction (See Sec. I.4 on the ctalk page: http://www.ph.utexas.edu/~ctalk/) and let the class know the date you intend to start using cps.

To ensure a smooth start in using cps (with the latest release) in your classroom, several of us have volunteered to be "cps-supporters". At the first time when you use the system this semester, one of us will be available to be in your classroom, 10-minutes before your class begins, to support you starting the system. Please prepare one question at the beginning of this class.

The support-list is included below. Supporters' email address are given on the "cc:"-line above.

Please touch base with your cps-supporter, let him know whether you would like to have his presence on the first day you start using cps. If you do, let him know the date, the hour, and the location of your lecture room. Since email communication is not 100% reliable, do ask for email-reply to confirm the arrangement.
