I registered my remote but it's not
working
  When you use your remote does it
flash red? If not, your baterries might be dead. If it does, check that you entered the correct serial
number on your online CPS account. If you have more than one account check ALL of them. If none of this helps
please see CPS-Assitant in RLM 10.206 during his/her office hours.
