1. For Online enrollment and remote related problems, please contact

·        eInstruction, or

·        ITS help desk, or

·        CPS-assistant of UT-cps support project.

2. Problems related to initial and on going use of the system, please contact

·        CPS-assistant of UT-cps support project (Our project coordinates CIT and CTE support effort,  is responsible to get instructors, especially new users, to start using the system in the classroom)

·        Morrie Schulman of CIT, or

·        Karron Lewis of CTE.

3. Problems related to class record please contact:

·        CPS-assistant of UT-cps-support project. (Our  project is responsible for timely and accurate display of the original class session record on the web.  Please contact your instructor if it involves alteration of the record.)
