From the instructor: Development of problem solving skills

Rules of conduct in the classroom:

• Seating: Please occupy the seats in the order from center to the two isles. Do not leave empty seats in between. Do not sit on the steps (a violation against the Fire-Marshall’s code)
• During the lecture: Maintain a quiet atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Attendance test: Open book, open notes. Work independently. No discussion with neighbors.
• Interactive quiz sessions: Discussion with neighbors is encouraged.
• Do not leave the lecture hall during the class period.
