Getting Started: Use the Web at “https://tt.ph.utexas.edu/instructors.html”. Download: Students' Instructions & hw1.

Homework: Do most of the homework during the "HW-week", i.e. the week before it is due. Submit your

homework to the web expeditiously. Continue submitting answers until due time. Urgent message related to HW

will be posted on the hws-bulletin. Student will be alerted to the message when they log in. Solutions will be

available on the web after the due time.

Grades: A grade report for each assignment and also for each exam will be available on the web after the due time.
Quizzes: There are four evening quizzes (midterms). *Quizzes include easy material of the ongoing lectures not

covered by the HW sets. Students must take these exams at the designated exam sites indicated below.

Be at the exam site 10 minutes earlier than the exam-time given in the syllabus above.

· Final exam: The last day-of-class is Friday, 12/9. The final exam is comprehensive and mandatory. Exam sites

will be announced by the UT-registrar's office. Final exam dates are as follows:
