Circuit problems beyond series and || connections: Kirchhoff rules

• Loop equations: Potential difference across a battery and across R
• Node equation: No traffic jam rule
• General case.

o Standard solution for 2equations-with-2unknowns.

o Consistency checks.

• Circuit for charging a capacitor: Loop equation.
• The current and the plate-charge as a function of time
