will be an Instructor’s informal session on Monday, April 6, 4-5pm, in RLM
7.104, please mark your calendar.
- We
have covered the essentials of chapters 30 and 31.1-3. Please read the
text for additional details.
Reminders:
Next week: During the week of 3/30, I will be out of
town to attain an International Conference in my own field of
research. Lectures will be given by Prof. K. Shih. (see
the updated syllabus)
- Prof.
Shih will cover Chapter 31.4-6. After that he will briefly cover Chapter
32. His plan is to provide you with sufficient background to enable you to
do HW10.
- During
this week, there will be no instructor’s office hours and instructor’s
informal sessions. All course related questions should be directed to our
TA Matt. During this week
I will be back on Saturday 4/4. Email me your questions and
concerns on 4/4 and beyond. I will review Chapters 31-32 on the lecture of Monday,
4/6.
HW10, 11 HW sets for unit #3,
including hw10 and hw11 have been posted. We encourage you to read ahead in your
textbook, and work on future problems at your own pace.
See me at other time besides office hours:
- If
you can not see me during my office hours, the best time to see me is
after my informal sessions i.e. Tuesday 4:20pm outside of RAS 213 and
Friday 4:50 outside of ECJ 1.204.
- Also
