Errata of 303K iq-questions
- You are encouraged to look at the iq-questions
posted on the Web carefully. If you find any error, please submit your
"error report" located at the end of each chapter in the table
of content of the library.
- Our correction procedure is as follows.
After having made a correction, or corrections on an iq-question,
- 1. Correction entry: It indicate the correction
and the correction date on this page.
- An example: 1.4.2 In the first line
of the Explanation, eliminate the last step of the equality. The next sentence
becomes: Equating powers of M and L leads to 1=-x and -1=2y-3x. This leads
to x=1 and y=1. Or ... The corrected version was posted 8/31/98.
- 2. Replace the original version of the iq-question
posted by the updated version.
- 3. The date of the latest correction will
be indicated on the table of content of the library.
- 4. Submit a statement on the library board
indicating error report has been corrected on the correction date.
- Users, it is always a good idea to date
your copy of the downloaded question. When you notice that, a new correction
date has appeared for a certain iq-question in the table of content of
the library, please check this page first, to see what specific error or
errors has been corrected for this iq-question. This will help you to decide
whether you want to make corrections on your earlier printout, or to download
an updated version.
- At the end of a semester, the correction
dates on the library table of content and the correction entries on this
page will be erased.
