Instructions / Notes:
- Light a bulb with a small hand cranked generator.
-
After about 3 or 4 seconds of cranking, the internal friction of the generator increases
due to the resistance of the heated filament in the bulb.
-
The generator which is enclosed in a plexi-tube can be handed to students and passed around.
-
Demo Staff: The bulb in the hand-held flash light is often loose and needs to be tightened.
