To order demos:

1) Click on the boxes next to the appropriate demonstrations
2)Go down to the form and fill in all appropriate information
3)Click on the 'Submit This Demo Request' button
4)A screen will appear showing the request that was sent to us

***If there is an error message, go back and make sure all infromation was filled in. If, after filling in all blanks, you still get an error message, contact Dr. Trappe at trappe@physics.utexas.edu, or just drop by.***

Demo Ordering Instructions:

1) Requested demonstrations have an x clicked into the appropriate box.

2) Go down to the form and fill in all appropriate information.
Proof read for the correct date, time and room number.

3 ) Click on the 'Submit This Demo Request' button.
This will process your request.
4) A screen will appear showing the request that was sent to us. Please verify this.
If there is an error message, don't panic. Your data is stored in your PC.
Click on your browser's back button and make sure all infromation was filled in.
If, all the form fields are correctly filled in and you still get an error message,
contact Dr. Trappe at trappe@physics.utexas.edu, or or call the demo office.

5) It is recommended that you click on the word, "verify", on the confirmation screen.
Pay attention to the scheduled date, time and room number of the request.
