The MGBs were the last
MGs to be made at the orignal Abingdon factory.
The last of the B series
was the 80 MGB shown above.
The car
above represents the beginning of the B-series.
This '64
MGB is owned by Tom Sturm.
The interior
of the same '64 MGB.
The leather
work, like the rest of the car, is in better than new condition.
The condition
of these cars is no accident.
What you're
viewing represents many years of restoration work.
Case in
point, the painted surfaces of the engine have a deep polished luster.
I don't
know if I could bring myself to start an engine with such detailed work.
Here we have another immaculate
engine compartment from a '66 MGB
owned by Burt and Sally
Steel.
Again check out the luster
of the painter surfaces.
The same '66 MGB viewed from the rear.
When I say
this '69 MGB, I said, "Wow".
That's
Mark B. checking out the goods.
This what I meant by, "Wow'.

Below is
what the B's engine compartment looked like after 1974, due to emissions
control.
Keep in
mind though it is cluttered with emissions equipment.
The engine compartment is in immaculate condition.
Wayne Kube found a way to clean up his '79 engine compartment with a Weber DGV conversion.
A line of rubber bumper MGBs.
Below is a view of some more of the B's in attendance.
