Instructions:
- Cross both straps under the heavy object, ensuring they're centered.
- Slip each loop at the end of the straps onto each forearm of each person.
- Now lift. It should be much easier with the help of the straps.
Concepts Conveyed:
- The straps distribute the weight evenly to create leverage.
- The straps also lower the center of gravity of the object being held, reducing the strain on the wearer's body.
